1.What is the quality of our watches?
We have both Asian and top Swiss grade replica watches.
2.What movement do the watches have?
Depending on the grade of the watch you chosen, our watches have Asian or high quality ETA Swiss movements.
3.Are the watches water resistant?
All our Asian grade watches are water resistant but not waterproof. We do not recommend you taking it to shower room or swimming pool. Taking the watches underwater will revoke their guarantee.
If you need it waterproof, you can contact our customer service to add an extra waterproof device to your watch by only 30$. And the waterproof depth would be 10meters or so.
4.Can I pay with my VISA/Mastercard card?
We encourage people to use Bitcoin and Western Union, since Visa and MasterCard policies are against replica products, however we process Paypal/Visa/MasterCards for limited times. If you did not find the option available, come back another time and please contact customer service.
5. Is your website safe?

6.Why does my order not go through ?

3. If the total order amount exceeds USD 1,000, it will be subject to bank restrictions. It is recommended to contact customer service and use Western Union or Bitcoin to pay preferential treatment.
7. if I made the wrong order what should I do ?
1. if you fill in the wrong address , you can contact our customer service to amend it .
2. if you chose the wrong watch or wrong size, you can contact our customer service as well.
Tip: plz contact our customer service within 3 days after your ordering, if the goods has been shipped out , you have to take responsibility of it by yourself.
8.How fast is the shipping time?
Once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order in 3-7 business days, then we will ship through EMS/ Other express companies which takes 15-25 days(USA) to get delivered to your door, about other countries’ shipping time you can ask customer service for help.
9.How Do I Track My Order?
After the package is sent, we will email you the tracking number or you can contact our customer service for the tracking info.
10.What’s your return policy?
After receiving the goods, Within 30 days, if you are not satisfied, you can contact customer service to request a refund.( The premise is that you have not ever used it)
Refund process: contact customer service and get the return address.
After we receive the goods and check them , if the watch is brand new ,never worn ,we will arrange a refund immediately and it need 8-20 days to return the money back to your card.
